Our headquarters is located in Newport Beach, California with an additional field office in Irvine, California. C2 REM’s focus is representing our client’s interests in a broad scope of environmental and land development projects. Our goal is to provide comprehensive environmental management, engineering, development and arborist services to assure compliance with the requirements of federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
C2 REM’s Team has a strong track record of effective performance as an experienced Site Project Manager & Coordinator and a Key Team Member for over 25 federal Superfund/Remediation projects and over 100 environmental and/or development projects.
Mr. Bourke, a licensed general engineering contractor, has over 30 years of notable accomplishments in the oversight, management and implementation of civil and environmental engineering projects, providing remediation and development services to oil and chemical companies, redevelopment agencies, utility companies and developers.
Mr. Spata has over 45 years of experience with management, oversight and implementation of environmental engineering projects.
Mr. Spata’s Environmental Management experience includes a wide range of project accomplishments and management roles. Mr. Spata brings a strong track record of effective performance as an experienced Project Remediation Manager and a Key team member for federal Superfund/Remediation projects and environmental and/or development projects.
Mr. Phung has a Doctorate in Business Management and over 30 years experience in managing the accounting and record keeping of our company. His expertise also include the management of information technologies, insurance, sales tax reporting, federal income tax reporting, outside CPA audits and human resources.
Mr. Aizawa has over 12 years of experience in wide range of environmental projects, including site investigation, remediation, brownfield redevelopment, waste management, stormwater management, and litigation support. Mr. Aizawa has managed investigation/remediation/OM&M activities for USEPA Superfund Sites and residential/industrial properties, also has managed development of project deliverables, work plans, SAP, QAPP, HASP, etc. Furthermore, Mr. Aizawa performs remedial design, remedial alternative evaluation, engineering cost estimate, environmental modeling, and spatial analysis.
Ms. Zhang, is a California Professional Engineer and has a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and over 5 years of experience with Arcview GIS mapping; Auto CAD design; research of Environmental Reports; collecting and analyzing air and water samples for various engineering projects.
Ms. Yacenda has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Environmental Studies as well as several Geographic Information System certificates. She has over 6 years of experience with Arcview GIS mapping; 3 years of research of Environmental Reports; 3 years of collecting environmental samples for various projects and research; 2 years of Auto CAD design.
Mr. McGeough has a Master’s degree in City Planning and over 12 years of experience with City Planning, Arcview GIS mapping, research of Environmental Impact Reports, and, oversight and coordination of engineering projects. Mr. McGeough also assists in the development of project deliverables, work plans, SAP, QAPP, etc. He has been exposed to construction activities on our sites from undergrounding of a utility vault, building a remediation system, mandreling conduit, etc.subcontractors. Mrs. Moreno has over 20 years of experience coordinating environmental remediation and engineering projects including interaction with clients, agency representatives, and contractors to ensure projects adhere to frameworks, and monitors project plans, schedules, budgets, and goals. Mrs. Moreno has also implemented health and safety practices and procedures, and manages project deliverables. Mrs. Moreno has successfully executed community outreach programs for several projects and leads our non-profit organization. Mrs. Moreno's philanthropic work includes mission support such as event planning, donor relations, data management, organizing and managing fundraisers, charity galas, and grant submittals. In addition, Mrs. Moreno provides real estate services, contract review, and is a notary public of CA.
Mrs. Gamboa has over 10 years of experience providing project support and coordination efforts to environmental remediation and engineering projects. Mrs. Gamboa also provides Spanish translation services to aid the coordination of current projects. In addition to providing environmental remediation project support, Mrs. Gamboa assists in the research and development of environmental covenants and restrictions as well as purchase and sale agreements.
Mrs. Lenahan provides support to the Office Manager/Accounts Administrator, answers multi-line phones, greets all visitors, and handles incoming faxes and daily mail. Mrs. Lenahan also updates the information contained in the office database and coordinates hotel and flight reservations. In addition to various general office duties, Mrs. Lenahan also supports staff on project-related items including document and report preparation.
